Six phases. One builder. Zero handoffs.
01
First conversation
Phone or in-person. We want to understand what you're building, what your timeline is, and what's driving the project. No high-pressure pitch.
02
Site walk & feasibility
We walk the lot or the existing home with you, talk through structural realities, elevation requirements, and the rough scope. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what's actually involved.
03
Design & pre-construction
Architect or designer engagement (yours or ours), final plans, permit work, allowances, alternates, and a real budget. Not a soft 'rough order of magnitude.'
04
Foundation & framing
This is where Jason's three decades of carpentry show. Framing is run as if every cabinet, every trim board, and every floor finish depends on it, because they do.
05
Systems, finishes & trim
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, tile, trim, cabinetry. The finish carpentry is in-house, and the schedule is set so nothing waits on Jason.
06
Walkthrough & warranty
Final walkthrough with the builder who built the house. Punch list completed, paperwork in your hands, warranty in writing.
Whether you're ready to break ground or
still figuring out what you want, start a conversation.
Custom homes, remodels, additions, pool houses, or just a phone call with a builder who's done it all. Jason returns every inquiry within one business day.
