I started my career framing production homes, where I learned speed and efficiency, then moved into high-end custom work, where I learned precision. Here's what that taught me: a beautiful finish over a poorly framed home is lipstick on a problem. Straight, square, properly fastened framing is the foundation everything else depends on.
Why it matters for the long haul

Finishes can be updated down the road. The structure is forever. That's why the framing and the systems inside the walls deserve at least as much attention as the countertops — even though no one will ever compliment you on them.
